Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp beef broth or bone broth
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water or broth until fully cooked.
  2. Let them cool and then cut them into small pieces.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and chop them.
  5. Mix egg yolks and salt, in a blender or food processor.
  6. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and chopped hard-boiled eggs, in a large bowl.
  7. Add the mayonnaise and beef broth to the bowl.
  8. Mix everything until well combined.
  9. Enjoy!
