How to Make Carnivore Diet Bacon Tacos with Egg for Breakfast
Here are the ingredients and instructions you need to make Carnivore diet bacon tacos with egg for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 8 strips of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp reserved bacon fat
- 1 oz. Machaca
- Salt and shredded cheese (as much as you like)

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-15 mins.
- Cut the bacon strips in half and lay them side by side to make the base of the bacon tortilla you’ll weave.
- Fold every other bacon strip up and over itself.
- Place one strip crosswise and fold the other one to weave them together.
- Do the same for all bacon strips and create the bacon tortilla.
- Put a cookie sheet on the tortillas you just made to keep the bacon straight and avoid curling.
- Put the bacon tortilla in the oven you preheated and let it bake for about half an hour.
- Check it after about 30 minutes; if it’s crispy, it’s done.
- Heat the reserved bacon fat on a skillet.
- Add Machaca and stir and cook it for 4-5 mins.
- Beat the eggs well and add them to Machaca, and let the eggs cook. You can add some salt if you like.
