How to Make Carnivore Diet Fried Fish with Pork Rinds and Eggs

Making this Carnivore diet fried fish with pork rinds and eggs is super easy if you prepare the ingredients and follow the instructions given below.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs Catfish or Cod fillets
  • 2 cups ground pork rinds
  • 1 cup bacon grease or other fat
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt (if pork rinds aren't spiced)
  • 1 tsp pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Debone the fish and cut it into portion sizes as you like, and season with salt (and pepper).
  3. Whisk the eggs.
  4. Coat a fish fillet with egg, coat it with pork rind crumbs, and lay it in the hot oil.
  5. Repeat step 4 with all the fish pieces.
  6. Fry each side until golden brown. Five minutes is ok for each side.
  7. Serve hot, and enjoy!
