Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can of sardines in water
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Break the eggs in the hot butter pan.
  3. Bathe the eggs in butter to fry them. Don’t mix the eggs’ whites and yolks.
  4. Pour the fried eggs and butter into a bowl.
  5. Add the sardines (without the water) and salt to the bowl and mix well.
