How to Make Carnivore Diet No Sugar No Milk Birthday Cake

You can make this yummy and super easy Carnivore cake using the following ingredients and instructions.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pork rinds
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp glycine and inositol

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 F.
  2. Use a flour sifter to sift the ground pork rinds and have a fine powder.
  3. Add glycine and inositol to ground pork rinds and mix well.
  4. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and grease the pan (bottom and sides) with butter.
  5. Separate the egg yolks from the whites in another bowl.
  6. Heat the cream until small bubbles appear on the edges.
  7. Add the hot cream to the pork rinds.
  8. Add egg yolks to the cream and pork rinds and mix well.
  9. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold them into the cake batter.
  10. Mix well all the ingredients and pour them into the greased pan.
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  12. Prepare the frosting while the cake is baking by mixing butter, cream cheese, inositol, and glycine using a mixer.
  13. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  14. Add the frosting and adorn as you desire. Enjoy!
