Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pork rinds
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp glycine and inositol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 F.
- Use a flour sifter to sift the ground pork rinds and have a fine powder.
- Add glycine and inositol to ground pork rinds and mix well.
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper and grease the pan (bottom and sides) with butter.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites in another bowl.
- Heat the cream until small bubbles appear on the edges.
- Add the hot cream to the pork rinds.
- Add egg yolks to the cream and pork rinds and mix well.
