Ingredients

  • 5 oz. pork rinds
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
  2. Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  3. Beat the whites until light and foamy.
  4. Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Blend butter and egg yolks in a blender until smooth.
  6. Mix the beaten egg whites with the yolk paste using a hand mixer.
  7. Crush the pork rinds to powder and add them and salt to the batter.
