How to Make Carnivore Diet Grain-Free Bread for All Meals

Here are the ingredients and instructions needed to make this easy, grain-free bread with high protein and zero carbs.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 415 °F.
  2. Use parchment paper to line a large baking sheet.
  3. Whisk the eggs then add the cream cheese and mix well. If you use a mixer, you'll get better results.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter onto the lined baking sheet and spread it thin.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Cut it to the desired sizes, and before storing, serve some of it hot with grated parmesan, feta cheese, or melted butter and enjoy!
