Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp ground pork rinds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a mug. You can melt it in the microwave.
  2. Mix pork rinds, egg and cheese to form a smooth batter.
  3. Pour the batter into the mug and microwave for about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the microwave and let cool for a minute.
