Carnivore Chicken Nuggets with Pork Rinds and Cheese

Most chicken nuggets are not Carnivore-friendly as they have over 18 carbs in just 4 pieces. In this recipe for tasty Carnivore chicken nuggets with port rinds, there is no almond flour, it’s easy to make and has less than 2 carbs per serving.

To make these yummy nuggets, you need to prepare the ingredients and follow the instructions given below.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. chicken breast or ground chicken
  • 1 oz pork rind crumbs
  • 1 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Blend chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and salt in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, use pre-ground chicken and mix everything in a bowl.
  3. Mix pork rind crumbs and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  4. Roll the chicken mixture into balls about the size of a ping pong ball.
  5. Coat each ball in the pork rind mixture.
  6. Place the coated balls on a greased pan or silicone pan and flatten them to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  7. Bake the patties for 12-15 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
